Why do we work out? Our modern obsessions with fitness and health have changed our relationships with our bodies. From body image struggles to sports cheating scandals, gender politics, hormone policing, fitfluencers and mental health – there’s a lot on our plates.

Gymprov is a fully improvised show exploring these social questions through the lens of modern fitness culture. Inspired by your suggestions, be prepared for a show that’s goofy, energetic, and occasionally deep!
